Islamic Sharia Law Proliferates in Germany

The spread of Islamic Sharia law in Germany is far more advanced than previously thought, and German authorities are "powerless" to do anything about it, according to a new book about the Muslim shadow justice system in Germany.

The 236-page book titled "Judges Without Law: Islamic Parallel Justice Endangers Our Constitutional State," which was authored by Joachim Wagner, a German legal expert and former investigative journalist for ARD German public television, says Islamic Sharia courts are now operating in all of Germany's big cities.

This "parallel justice system" is undermining the rule of law in Germany, Wagner says, because Muslim arbiters-cum-imams are settling criminal cases out of court without the involvement of German prosecutors or lawyers before law enforcement can bring the cases to a German court.

Islam overtakes Catholicism as the most practised religion in France

The true extent of France’s frightening level of Islamification was revealed this week with the news that there are more practising Muslims in France than practising Catholics and that mosques are being built at 50 times the rate of Roman Catholic churches.

The total number of mosques in France has doubled to more than 2,000 during the past ten years, according to the research report ‘Constructing Mosques: The Governance of Islam in France and the Netherlands’.

France’s most prominent Muslim leader, Dalil Boubakeur, rector of the Grand Mosque of Paris, recently called for the number of mosques in the country to be doubled again – to 4,000 – to meet ‘growing demand’.

Unbelievable, but the speech below was written in 1899... (check - The River War).

The attached short speech from Winston Churchill, was delivered by him in 1899 when he was a young soldier and journalist. It probably sets out the current views of many, but expresses in the wonderful Churchillian turn of phrase and use of the English language, of which he was a past master. Sir Winston Churchill was, without doubt, one of the greatest men of the late 19th and 20th centuries.

He was a brave young soldier, a journalist, a politician and statesman, a war leader and British Prime Minister. He died on 24th January 1965, at the grand old age of 90 and, after a lifetime of service to his country, was accorded a State funeral.

HERE IS THE SPEECH:

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. Scientists at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10 percent of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society. The scientists, who are members of the Social Cognitive Networks Academic Research Centre (SCNARC) at Rensselaer, used computational and analytical methods to discover the tipping point where a minority belief becomes the majority opinion. The finding has implications for the study and influence of societal interactions ranging from the spread of innovations to the movement of political ideals.

“When the number of committed opinion holders is below 10 percent, there is no visible progress in the spread of ideas. It would literally take the amount of time comparable to the age of the universe for this size group to reach the majority,” said SCNARC Director Boleslaw Szymanski, the Claire and Roland Schmitt Distinguished Professor at Rensselaer. “Once that number grows above 10 percent, the idea spreads like flame.”

As an example, the ongoing events in Tunisia and Egypt appear to exhibit a similar process, according to Szymanski. “In those countries, dictators who were in power for decades were suddenly overthrown in just a few weeks.”

The findings were published in the July 22, 2011, early online edition of the journal Physical Review E in an article titled “Social consensus through the influence of committed minorities.”

Nationalism in this country is evolving.
The oppositions game of sticking together is faltering. Our Councillors have had snide whispers and sly comments in the council chambers. We have had a one party adversity to subjects our councillors have spoken against, whereby the whole council gang up together against them. They have been dismissed from meetings by chairman calling them racist. They have been condemned for not turning up at meetings, and yet out of the same mouths condemned for being present. For saying nothing and yet speaking. They will debate with any political backing and spokes person, but very rarely get the challenge to, having a no platform with the BNP tactic.
So why the fear towards us nationalists? Why the adversity towards us? Why no distinction between the so called mainstream parties, when engaging us in debate? Why no platform?

The reason is this.
Our politics is unrivalled in its distinction, it’s the oldest politics there is, and every creed has it. Its one of self preservation for ones own culture, and other cultures. It’s a political phenomenon, its rising up in every European and eastern block country. It’s a politics that all other parties want to be, and like to think they are, but are quite simply not.
It’s a way of life, a religion, and a state of mind, a level of ones own morals and consciousness.
This is what the mainstream fear

While the political smaller groups feeling important, paddle side by side with the bigger parties, and are welcomed with open arms before the knife of control slowly turns, the one gang liberal element of the big boys, slowly injects its poison of apathy to its people, you and me.

Fear of loosing an argument against a nationalist voice, bonds the relations between these groups.
Fight the racist, fight the Nazis, join together in harmony, its nice not to hate.

We are, only the first wave of our kind, we are the infants of the future generation of politicians, and we learn with every experience we are put through by our enemies, and will pass it on. The youth are our future, and their time is soon coming. Its not long off now.

Nationalism will no longer take the cloak of any particular movement now the voter has seen the UK riots.

It will be based on the integrity of the individual person, and will soon become self evident to the left of the sentiment of each representative elected. This will not, nor cannot be monitored nor will it be apparent, as the attitude will evolve due to questions of freedom for our own peoples future. Therefore the left by defeating the BNP in elections, and causing divides, has now unleashed a carriage for a voice to travel to the people. The difference is it is without the bile and hatred that was slandered against any right wing argument before, carrying the same flag and banner. Nationalist attitudes of people have now become a subsurface movement which will slowly take control of boroughs up and down the country, without the carrier even realising it.
The elected will not want a riot in their back yard, because now they know its possible.
Indeed, our opponents really do not realise the effects the recent riots have had on this country, and unfortunately a precedent has been set, and will never be the same again.

David Starkey, would never have seen himself a few months ago, speak out recently like he did. Examples like this will push people to question the slander this gentleman has experienced as the vile media squirm at the truth in what he said.
People will slowly, no longer tread on egg shells in political arguments, and slowly the racist chant will fall on deaf ears, a meaningless Marxist invented over used word branded on anyone who disagrees with 'their' main stream thinking. Quite simply the unfortunate victim wont care if it is used against them.

The destruction the riots have shown, has now injected an excitement of rebellion based on black lawlessness the media has portrayed into the youth. Black idols and music escalated by the media and turned into god status, is now the youths rallying cry and church with chants of ‘respect‘ being its anthem. It has unfairly victimised both Black and White youths alike. And it is the media, together with the politicians that are now taking a big side step.

With it, it has now brought many people, furious by the rioters actions, to sit up and question the reality of what they have seen. It is now, not hard to be able to predict more of the same, becoming a common sight on the TV screen. Indeed, things will never now be the same as before the riots.

What happens if, as I believe it has, the world enters into a period of crisis? A period that has the potential to be one of most violent and economically destructive in world history. "A wild assertion" I hear you cry! Maybe, maybe not. There's plenty of evidence to back it. But we shall put that aside for now, this after all is only a thought experiment.

What, one has to ask, is what will happen when you take away a peoples current wealth and future prospects? Prospects that will become extremely limited anyway.

What happens if, it is only money and material well being that is keeping the multi-racial charade together?

What happens if, in the great evolutionary scheme of things, it is the individual who is irrelevant and only the group that counts?

What happens if, in times of crisis it is to their own group that people turn for strength and security. Thereby rapidly re-enforcing group identity and their own self-interest?

And finally, what if Enoch Powell was right and you Liberals were wrong!

Epping Forest Residents Blog has kept silent for the past few months mainly due to the build up of the leadership challenge within the BNP. Now that the leadership challenge is over we can now get on with the seriousness of the local politics which unfortunately, is as predicted by us, changing fairly fast before our very eyes.
So lets get started and open our doors again with some local, not to distant news items.

This was an article in the Daily Star on the 20th – the story has now been censored and pulled.
HARDCORE Islamists have vowed to ban booze and mixing between the sexes in new Sharia law enforcement zones across the UK.
The move will see specific areas flooded with thousands of stickers saying “no gambling”, “no music or concerts”, “no porn or prostitution” and “no drugs or smoking”.

The posters declare: “You are entering a Sharia controlled zone – Islamic rules enforced.”
The radicals will kick off their controlled zones in the London borough of Waltham Forest later this month.

They also claim their hardline rules will be policed by thousands of “Sharia cops” on the streets.

Just when you think you have heard it all something crops up that highlights the fact that its a crazy world we live in.
A couple in Toronto have decided to prevent the world from knowing the sexual gender of their child (click here)
I am dumbfounded at this decision and whilst it is hard sometimes to agree with certain forms of parenting and styles of education this surely is going to far?
A child in this day and age has enough struggles and outside influences to deal with, a comparable early exposure to the big wide world compared to just a few generations ago brought on in the main by television and the internet but to deny a child guidance and the ability to form its own identity at an early age is in my opinion criminal.
If you want to be a liberal minded parent you could openly discuss all aspects of sexual and gender preference as and when the questions and issue arise but to deny a child the security and knowledge of who they are at an early age can only surely be an indicator of possible mental health issue of its parents?
What benefit could be gained for this infant from not being informed of its gender?
Children are by nature asexual in outlook compared to that of an adults perception of sexuality but are aware at an early age of the differences between the gender of their siblings and peers. This regardless of politics and political correctness really does boil down to nature and instinct. There are exceptions to the rule as in most things but in the main this is fact. Who on earth should be the judge of a child and being able to restrict their
recognition of sexuality?
I bet Freud and Jung would have a field day at this one!
A permissive society is one thing but I feel this pushes the parameters to far. If a child in your care has a gender identity issue then recognising it and supporting it is one thing that you can do to help but almost creating the conditions is madness I fear.

Just in case you are unsure which way to vote this week regarding the AV referendum we at Epping Forest Residents are opposed to the Alternative Vote system.
Even though the strange portrayal by many that this type of electoral system will enhance the chances of parties such as the BNP we are not advocating this system.
Many MPs have said that this type of system will enable the BNP to gain seats however it seems that they just use the opportunity to have a cheap snipe and get the word extremist into their statement. Any one who doesn't agree with them seems to be labelled an extremist. (see how it works here)
So the message is clear from us

The Royal wedding

There seems to be a distinct lack of comments or articles within the nationalist community regarding the massive event yesterday that happened yesterday. The Royal wedding. Whatever your feelings towards the royals you can only be impressed at the service that was held in Westminster abbey a building used for Royal events for a thousand years and is home to the tomb of King Edward and the unknown soldier .
The pageantry that was laid on with our armed forces on full display in a way that only Britain can manage, a way that caught the attention of many people around the world. The crowds were all celebrating peacefully with only a few arrests, surely the whole event was something that every Brit should be proud of?
I for one was.
The service sent out a clear message, one that must have set the PC brigade and all the minority group campaigners back years in their work. The message was centred on the sanctity and importance of marriage between a man and a woman. A real good family value lesson. One that is missing in society as a whole today. The message also sent out reaffirmation of the fact that we are a Christian nation and we unite under one religion.
What was also clear and noticeable was the absence of those that have damaged our nation in the past ten years. Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and their partners were not invited! and Margaret Hodges constituency that was so important to Labour last year was noted as the only constituency that did not have a celebration whatsoever. It would seem that Labours Britain obviously is a vision that doesn't impress the Royals.
The icing on the cake was the final hymn. A hymn that is dear to every nationalist minded person belted out in the most important celebration of the year. Jerusalem, the nationalist anthem.
We wish the young couple well.

St George is a legendary man, known, respected and celebrated throughout many countries and cultures from as far as Russia to Egypt. He is the patron saint of England not because of his nationality and not for his parentage as he came from humble people but for his bravery and his perseverance, his loyalty to his upbringing and identity as a Christian.
Born in approximately 280 AD (+/- as the dates are not exact) in Syria,Palaestinia according to some and to others in Cappadocia (Turkey) to Christian parents. After the death of his parents he joined the Roman army that was pagan in its beliefs. He rapidly rose to fame for his skills as an excellent and fearsome soldier.
The Pagan Roman Emperor Diocletian ordered the persecution of Christians, something that George refused to obey, he protested to the Emperor to no avail. The Emperor ordered the torture of George to break him of his faith. George faced terrible tortures but never gave in. He was beheaded for who he was and what he believed in on the 23rd April 303 AD
His body was taken to Lydda in Palestine for burial.Now known as Lod, Israel

Alfred the Great first made mention to St George and his feast. By 1190 English ships adorned the white flag with the red cross. Many English kings used the flag on their armour and shields so as to be identified in battle.The crusades also spread the fame of St George across Europe.

St George is indeed a worthy man to have as our patron saint. His courage and conviction has stood the test of time and spanned the centuries,earned him respect in many cultures and even religions. Even in early Islamic literature as a saintly figure with a slightly differing story but with the same sense of conviction and martyrdom.

Whatever you religious persuasion or nationality or identity you can only but admire such a man for his true strength of conviction and belief.

Happy St Georges day to everyone, to all those celebrating this day around England ( and I know there are many such group events) enjoy yourselves and reflect on the life and achievements of this great man.

Epping Forest College

Many times over the years we have raised issues and highlighted problems that Epping Forest College has brought to Loughton and Debden but there is an impending problem that many local parents are beginning to realise and have contacted us directly over.
Children are now being required to stay on at school until they are 18 years old. This is gradually being introduced and some children in the younger years of senior school will now have to stay on in education for two years longer than those in their final years of school now.
The issues about this decision are complex and many say that they are just a way of reducing the youth unemployment figures, personally I do not think that two extra years learning is a bad thing at all, providing that those two years which are probably the most impressionable two years of a young adults life are filled with genuine productive information and assistance.
What options do we have around Loughton and Debden? Davenant provides a limited six form and so does West hatch. Both good schools and those that get to attend are relatively lucky I would assume. Many of our youth will not have the chance and will have to choose from Harlow college with all the logistical issues and Epping Forest College.
The college has received a facelift and new facilities in recent years and on paper it should be a good place for our local youth to attend. Many hold deep concerns however that the college is biased towards students from out of the area and after much research I have to uphold those opinions.

Reading the most recent Ofsted report (not the damming one but the later one) that talks about how the college has now moved after much work to a "satisfactory" rating, not good or excellent but satisfactory I am dumbfounded to see the lack of consideration, provisions and opportunities available to the youth of Debden and Loughton.
Quite clearly the college prides itself on its massive intake of ethnic heritage students, a third of its total intake they claim. I am dubious of this figure and view it as conservative to say the least but even so that would total approximately 1200 plus per annum.
It prides itself on almost half its annual intake being from deprived areas. According to their figures that makes approximately 1825. Now either it classes Loughton and Debden as deprived or many of the non ethnic heritage background students are also from outside the area.
The concerning problem in all these reports is that in all the areas considered for equality, diversity making sure you don't offend and are inclusive to everyone nowhere does it mention an impact on the local environment or residents.
Let alone crime rates but we never expect a real assessment for that do we?
So the council are happy that they fulfil their ethnic enhancement needs, they have even made sure that the network of black professionals are involved as can be seen here (if you read section 8.1) Can you imagine the uproar if their was a network for white processionals it would be racist and I am damn sure the college or council would not allow such an organisation to be trained there.

The point to this article is a basic one. We need more spaces for local children to stay on in education. Some local schools have already announced that they will not provide the spaces so you need to seek alternatives.

Either fund the schools to provide the spaces. Use the money that goes to political correctness schemes and enhancement programs to fund it. Or even redirect funds from the Gypsy and traveller schemes and the suchlike.

Stop importing students from other areas and make way for our youth. Let their councils find the budgets.

The message is clear. Local schools for local children.

The Ofsted report fails to clarify the qualifying categories for ethnic heritage background. Well the majority of our children have an ethnic heritage background: ENGLISH.
As an ethnic heritage group we are being pushed aside in favour of others. Other heritage groups are being given advantages over and above the English.
This is quite simply racist.

Regarding the referendum on Alternative Voting (AV) to be held on the 5th May 2011. Despite both camps using the British National Party as a reason to vote one way or the other, our stance is the AV is a system that we do not want it, do not need it, and can ill afford it.

Alternative Voting is even more disproportional than the first-past-the-post system that is currently used, and as such is fundamentally unfair to smaller parties such as ourselves. AV is also costly. With ordinary families facing tough times and even tougher choices, can we really afford to spend an estimated quarter of a billion pounds of taxpayers' money bringing in a new voting system?

Alternative Voting does very little to give a voice to those who have been traditionally under-represented in parliament and as there is no transfer of powers from party authority to the voters, it does not produce a proportional parliament.

In other words, the Alternative Voting system is no improvement upon the existing First-Past-The-Post system and is merely designed to make it more difficult for a party such as the British National Party to gain parliamentary representation.

The Alternative Voting system is a sleight of hand which is directed against the British National Party, and as such, is also a sleight of hand directed at the hundreds of thousands of people who now say that they would vote for a party such as us.

Alternative Voting is not aimed at improving democracy in Britain. Rather, Mr Cameron and Mr Clegg’s sudden conversion to AV is an indication that they have now fully comprehended the meaning of the British National Party’s recent surge in vote totals — and are desperate to undermine democracy even further.

So on May the 5th, please vote NO to the Alternative Voting system, and encourage your friends and family to do the same.

In this topsy turvy world that we live in its hardly surprising that groups and organisations have internal squabbles and difference of opinions once in a while. Its inevitable.
During these times it is often hard to see any sort of potential for a productive outcome. Usually though with hindsight many issues can be put to bed after a bit of time and reflection as you normally find that people have a united and common cause differences of opinions will be outweighed. Providing you are all singing of the same hymn sheet. Obviously the left is splitting on a deeper ideological level.
Adults can be stubborn, pig headed blood minded but on the right side of things the arguments eventually turn out to be a flash in a pan and unity will prevail. This is only because the common factor is a similar preferred future.
During these times any source of distraction is welcome, human nature allows us to take pleasure out of seeing your opponents facing similar troubles and strife. Even better is when you see a united opposition realise that they are ideologically split, possibly even going through a realisation process that one side is using the other for their own surreptitious agenda.

Organised Minority Advantage – An Exposition

Paradise Island

Paradise Island is the home of a relatively small community of 10,000 people. The people of Paradise Island are famous for their production of high quality widgets that they sell as components to larger manufacturing client companies on the mainland.

The population of Paradise Island has been changing in recent years. The widget business has been depressed for some time and competition for contracts on the mainland has been fierce. A number of widget companies have imposed a wage freeze in order to keep wages down and their prices competitive. The wage freeze has cause a number of families from Paradise Island to emigrate to the mainland in search of more lucrative employment, thus creating housing vacancies and one of the widget companies, Acme Widgets has taken to employing cheaper immigrant labour.

The immigrants from Auslandia have taken up the vacant housing and now compose 5% of the population of Paradise Island. The Islanders are polite and friendly people and for the most part have welcomed the Auslanders into their community. The Auslanders are hard working people and they appreciate the opportunity to better themselves on Paradise Island. They do their best to live harmoniously and for a while at least, life on Paradise Island remains good.

Grocery Stores

The island is served by 10 grocery stores that are fairly evenly distributed across the island and each store attracts on average 1000 customers. The grocery store owners are conscious of the fact that times are difficult for the island's main industry and that many workers have not had a pay rise for several years and therefore they have tended to keep their profit margins low, to around 2.5% of turnover. On average each islander spends £1000 per year on groceries, and this means that each grocery store has a turnover of £1,000,000 per annum and as a consequence, each grocer makes a profit of just 2.5% of £1,000,000, which equates to £25,000 per annum. Not a princely sum, but enough for an honest man who cares about his community.

A day comes however when one of the grocers has grown too old and his health has begun to fail. He decides to retire and advertises his shop for sale. He places his shop for sale at auction with a reserve price of £200,000, and when the auction takes place there is vigorous bidding from the nine remaining island grocers who are all keen to expand their businesses. There is an upset at the auction however because the highest bed comes not from the existing island grocers but from a consortium of Auslanders who manage to outbid all of the grocers. The vacant grocery business is sold to the Auslander consortium for £250,000, more than any of the islanders could afford to pay.

The Auslanders were able to outbid the Paradise Islanders because they had pooled the savings of all of their people on the island and had also received money sent by relatives from back home in Auslandia. The Auslanders are not just a very hard working people, they are thrifty and they have a strong sense of community which motivates them to work together as a community and to help each other to get on and better themselves.

The strong group loyalty of the Auslanders means that they will in future all buy their groceries from the Auslandic Grocery Store. They will do this out of a strong desire to see their store become successful. This tendency on their part however begins to create an imbalance within the community on Paradise Island.

The Paradise Islanders had been raised to treat others fairly and not to discriminate, and this means that Paradise Islanders continue to distribute their custom fairly equally between the ten grocery stores on the island.

With 9,500 indigenous islanders, this means that each store enjoys the custom of 950 people on average and has a turnover from the indigenous community of just £950,000.

The Auslandic store however, also has the benefit of the turnover from the Auslandic community, which amounts to 500 x £1,000 = £500,000 per annum. The Auslandic store therefore has a turnover of £1,450,000 compared to the turnover of just £950,000 enjoyed by the other indigenous islander store keepers, and while the indigenous storekeepers incomes have reduced to just 2.5% of £950,000 = £23,750 each, the Auslandic store made a profit of 2.5% x £1,450,000 = £36,250.

It is the group loyalty of the Auslanders that made the Auslander Grocery Store instantly the most profitable grocery store on the island.

Pressing Home The Advantage

Things do not stop here however, the Auslander consortium being keen businessmen decide to capitalise on their commercial advantage and realising that due to hard economic times most Islanders are very cost conscious, the consortium decide to reduce their prices by reducing their profit margin from 2.5% to just 2.0%. While this means that their profits will not initially be quite as great as they might have been (just 2.0% of £1,000 x 1,450 = £29,000 per annum), their store will still be more profitable than any other island grocers and they will be able to undercut the other island grocers on price and thereby attract a greater share of the island’s custom.

Although the 0.5% drop in prices is relatively small and goes unnoticed initially, it does have the effect of winning the exclusive custom of another 500 of the island’s indigenous population.

This means that in future the ten island stores enjoy an equal share of the custom from just 9,000 people, producing a turnover each of just £900,000, while the Auslander store enjoys the custom of an additional 1,000 people, the 500 Auslanders and the 500 most price conscious indigenous Islanders, producing a turnover for the Auslandic store of 1,900 x £995 = £1,890,500. The Auslandic store now has a turnover that is more than twice that of any other store and even with the reduced profit margin is making profits of 2.01%* of £995 x 1,900 = £38,000 per annum compared to 2.5% of £1,000 x 900 = £22,500 for the indigenous Islander stores.

* Note: A 2.0% profit margin based upon original price levels equates to slightly over 2.01% of prices once they are reduced by 0.5%.

One day, one of the indigenous storekeepers having suffered a 10% reduction in his income finds that with the needs of his family to consider he just cannot remain in business. He decides to sell up and emigrate to the mainland in search of better opportunities and his business goes to auction.

Predictably, none of the indigenous island store holders is able to afford to buy the vacant store because with dropping turnover and squeezed profit margins, they are already struggling to stay in business. Facing unfair price competition from the Auslandic store, the indigenous storekeepers are suffering a much reduced income and are only just able to keep their heads above water as it is. The second store is purchased by the Auslandic consortium and they calculate that the increased turnover it provides will enabled them to reduce their prices even more and press home their competitive advantage to greater effect.

The increased turnover now means that the Auslandic store is able to successfully apply to the grocery wholesaler on the mainland for a 2.5% discount on the normal wholesale prices paid for produce, and following this, the Auslandic stores on paradise Island will be able to charge prices that significantly undercut the indigenous island stores.

Profit Margins Are Squeezed Again

The ten island grocery stores currently enjoy the custom of 900 indigenous islanders each, and operating now with the 2% profit margin forced upon them in their efforts to compete with the Auslandic stores, each indigenous island grocer now has turnover of just £895,500 and profits reduced from their original level of £25,000 per annum, to just £895,500 x 2.01% = £18,000 per annum.

The Auslandic stores however are going from strength to strength and with the 2.5% reduction in wholesale prices are now able to increase their competitive advantage by reducing their retail prices further.

Originally wholesale prices amounted to 50% of retail prices, i.e. 50p in every £1.00 spent by customers. With retail prices discounted by 2.5%, this means that the Auslandic store now only pays £48.75 for every £100.00 worth of produce sold at the original retail prices, increasing the potential profit margin from £2.50 per £100 worth of produce, to £3.75.

Prices have already been reduced from their original levels by 0.5% however, and so the while the indigenous island grocers are only making a margin of £2.00 per £100 of produce sold at the original retail prices, the Auslandic stores could potentially make £3.25. To increase their competitive position however the Auslandic stores reduce their prices by a further 0.75%, pitching their profit per £100.00 of produce sold at the original prices to £2.50, and thereby returning to the original norm of £2.50 per £100.00 of produce sold, i.e. a 2.5% profit margin.

To compete with this latest price reduction, the indigenous grocers face the prospect of reducing their prices to match the Auslandic stores, but without the benefit of discounted wholesale prices, the indigenous grocers are forced to reduce their profit margin from 2.0% based upon original price levels, to just 1.25%. Thus the profit they make per £100 of produce sold at original prices is reduced to just £1.25, precisely half what they were making originally and now a long way below sustainable levels. The indigenous island store holders are now slowly going broke.

With the custom of just 900 islanders each, spending £1,000 per annum on food at original prices, the indigenous grocers are now making just £11,250 per annum in profits, while the Auslandic stores with a total of [(2 x 900) + 500 + 500] = 2,800 customers are making 2.5% of £1,000 x 2,800 = £70,000 in profits, £35,000 per store.

A Commercial Empire Is Born

As the months and years pass, the Auslandic stores expand buying up more of the indigenous stores and the indigenous grocers go broke, until they own six out of the ten original stores. The Auslandic stores adopt a brand name based upon a combination of the first letters of the surname of the original Auslandic founder Mr Cobana and the first letters of his wife’s forename, Bess, and the chain of Auslandic stores become known as Besco Stores.

So dramatic had been the rise of the Besco empire that Mr Cobana is hailed as a genius of commerce and is invited to become the Chairman of the island’s Retailer’s Guild.

Some of the remaining indigenous grocers complain about unfair competition and point to the unfair advantage that Mr Cobana enjoyed due to the ethnocentricity of his compatriots, but they are admonished by the ‘great and the good’, who crave the friendship of the now wealthy and influential commercialist, and by the local newspapers who fear losing his vast advertising revenue.

Mr Cobana is not the only Auslandic businessman to rise to prominence on Paradise Island. Like him numerous other Auslanders have started a whole range of businesses and through the support of their compatriots have gained a competitive advantage over their unwary indigenous island competitors. Now almost all of the seats on the board of the Retailer’s Guild and most other trade bodies are taken by enterprising Auslanders and a myth emerges that they are simply very astute businessmen. They possess this, ‘je ne sais quoi’ that enables them to mysteriously rise to the top in whatever field of endeavour they choose.

What can it be though, this illusive quality that commentators find so difficult to pin point?

Academics and social commentators who study the rise of such people shy away from alluding to the ethnocentricity of the Auslanders, for fear of being labelled anti-Auslandic, the most abhorrent form of racism. Some fearless members of the community claim that the Auslanders have carried out a conspiracy to gain dominance on Paradise Island, but through a process of opprobrium and social exclusion, such people are dismissed as ‘conspiracy theorists’, and nut cases.

Organised Minority Advantage

As we can see from the story outlined above, it is easy for an organised minority to prosper disproportionately and gain undue influence within a weakly cohesive host community. They don’t need to be commercial geniuses, they don’t need to work harder than others, they simply need to give preference to their own group, and to do it covertly, so that no one objects until it is too late.

Some organised minorities within our society are religious based, while some are ethnically based, and many are simply commercial alliances, such as Masonic groups. The most powerful and successful such groups however, employ all three of these factors reinforcing the cohesion and co-operation of their ‘in-group’ and more clearly separating them from the host ‘out-group’ community.

By doing so, they can counter the opposition they encounter from individuals that might complain about their tactics and dismiss those complaints as evil racism and religious intolerance. Thus the complainants are cowed and thrown on the defensive.

Organised minority advantage is a phenomenon, which is often described by those who observe it from the outside as a ‘conspiracy’. It is not necessarily an explicit conspiracy however, in which the individuals concerned follow a predetermined and written set of protocols, but it is a conspiracy in that it involves individuals behaving just as if they were engaged in a conspiracy and produces results that are precisely those that one would expect if a conscious conspiracy were taking place. This is one of the reasons why multiculturalism and multiracialism always results in antagonism between different religious, racial and ethnic groups, because their innate ethnocentricity causes each ethnic group to behave in a way that grants them an advantage and places other ethnic groups at a disadvantage.

David Cameron looks set to acknowledge the fact that the BNP were right in their campaigns to halt mass immigration under the last labour government. The Sun newspaper reported today that he is likely to state that he wants to eliminate the BNP once and for all.

He obviously is under tough pressure from the conservative wing of the con-dem alliance and is in the awkward position of needing to appease all.

Does this mean that rather than the cons becoming more liberal the liberals are moving to the right? (unlikely to say the least)
Does this mean that the cap on mass immigration is more than just talk? I wouldn't hold your breath waiting!

This is the usual nonsense churned out by the Liblabcon alliance in a theatrical style performance that we have all come to recognise. The Liberals must be squirming with their "unholy alliance". It just shows you how they have sold out for a bit of power.

Nick Clegg had announced during the run up to the general election that immigrants were better off directed to areas that could assume them. By the looks of his con-dem Governments proposals that means their countries of origin! He must be a serious disappointment to the Lib-dems.

The impending theatrical debates on this topic are an obvious ploy, most people are becoming wise to the smokescreens that the old hat establishment parties employ. A massive discussion with no real outcome, bombardment by the mainstream media of hysterical headlines based on hollow promises, a saturation policy designed to completely turn people off listening to political debate and to what they are actually up to.

Cameron announced during the leadership debates that he had no problem with immigration but wanted to reduce the level from hundreds of thousands down to tens of thousands. We are committed to allowing in EU immigrants by way of our sell out to the EU. To reduce the amount of migrants from outside the EU would surely be classed as discriminatory, possibly even racist would it not? This will be challenged I would assume time after time in the courts. I can not see the type of migration policies being considered actually being implemented as they are opening a minefield of discrimination claims.

If immigration is still going to be allowed unchecked through EU countries then the UK will possibly become a source of a problem and for other EU countries. Making us even less popular than we are already.
There is already a growing problem in other countries with them being used as a holding point for non EU migrants on their way to Britain.
They might well experience a rise in immigrants on their way here. How will they distinguish their origin? How will they tell the difference say between a Somalian for example who has arrived in Holland for a short time to become eligible for entry into the UK as an EU citizen? Or a Somalian that has lived in Holland for a good few years and just wishes to relocate to the UK?
Would they be treated as different to a German that has moved to Holland and then wishes to move to the UK?How would the be defined?
Colour of skin? They cant do that can they? Length of time as an EU citizen? cant do that either as once you are an EU citizen you are eligible.

If, as many people feel, you are opposed to immigration en-mass and as this government has admitted, its obviously finally been recognised as a problem, then the only fair way to deal with it is to stop it from all angles including the EU.

The only fair and non discriminatory way to deal with ending migration is to be non-discriminatory about it altogether and stop it across the board.

But that would mean that a further admittance by the establishment that the BNP were right again!

So I would not concern yourself that the Con-dem charade will alter much at all, for those that might feel that the government are going to prevent the inevitable multi-cultural enhancement of Britain.

It will just mean that they have to enjoy a holiday somewhere in the EU first!

I don't think that will prevent a rise in support for the BNP in the long run. DO you?

The main problem facing the old fashioned parties is that their inability to tackle immigration and its inherent problems is not one that that they will take, so the problem will not go away.

John Cave, the ex-Burnley Organiser and husband of British National Party District and County Councillor Sharon Wilkinson, has just been declared Deputy Mayor of Padiham in Lancashire. John took his seat on Padiham Town Council in 2010 when he was elected unopposed in last year’s elections.
He said that the decision meant that common sense had prevailed after a minority of councillors raised objections to his appointment, based on motives he claimed were party political.
However, the confusion and controversy over standing order rules were quashed as a majority of Padiham town councillors voted in favour of Cllr Cave at a meeting on Monday 4th April.

However local Bishop John Goddard said it was "a sad day" for Padiham.

TWO middle aged men who were caught with more than £700,000 worth of cannabis in their car have been jailed for three years each.

Patrick Kelly, 55, and Daniel Jones, 44, were stopped by police after residents reported them acting suspiciously in Sinclair Road, Chingford, at around 11.30pm on a Wednesday night in April last year.

The British National Party in the Epping Forest District is going through a major restructure.
This will allow us to give the constituents a better service in dealing with problems they have.

The Liberal Democrats are using this as an opportunity to desperately regain their status from the LRA as opposition in the council. As a national party it was very damaging to them to lose this in the first place, and also shows the complete lack of trust Residents have in the main parties.

The LRA have overstretched themselves, already with disunity in the association with regards to certain decisions and situations that have arisen.
This has in turn proved in itself the truth that the BNP has stood by, despite criticism.

Your piece quotes Eddy Butler who is not a British National Party member.
Cllr Murray thanks Searchlight and says that the BNP is finished.

If this is so, why is there a continual worry and obsession about the BNP?

Showing yet again the biasness and the need to edit certain pieces from our elected Councillors letters by the local rag, a good example is the following sent into the local Guardian from our hardworking Councillor Tony Frankland.
Unfortunately the paper decided that the connection of certain serving Cllrs to such extremist organisations, was to be left out, omitting the last sentence of the letter.

Why should we extradite Noor Ramjanally?
The cost to the hard pressed tax payer to keep him in 3 star accommodation with free television, gym and, as near as dammit, private medical and dental care, plus when released state benefits. We should send more foreign criminals back to where they came from and then spend the money we save on more deserving people. The old and young injured servicemen and women returning from the wars. I wonder if he will be sending his friends in Searchlight and the church the odd postcard whilst sunning himself in Mauritius.

District Councillor Pat Richardson took the opportunity to ask the Council if the council would be establishing a Disaster Fund for those affected by the flooding in Australia and the earthquake in New Zealand.

The chairman Anne Grigg of the council after an embarrassing silence and officer’s advice pointed out that residents were encouraged to contribute to the national funds which had been set up.

Asking if there would be any form of collection they quickly passed on to the next item.
Yet in the past there have been several collections for disasters, why not now?

There seems to be some speculation as to why the Epping Forest branch of the British National Party are not standing candidates in this years elections (click here)
This story has been run it would seem with some sort of glee to the fact that there is an absence of BNP candidates.

No one has contacted the press officer or organiser of the branch for an official response so there is only speculation and supposition involved.
Epping Forest BNP is here and strong and there will be future candidates, there will be future campaigns.
There was a group decision last summer to not fight this years round of elections.
This is no way indicates that there is no support in the area.

We will now be taking the correct advice and actions regarding Mr Murray's incorrect statement and allegations as to the nature of the party. This was unquestionably decided in court last year that the British National Party has a constitution that is not racist. The ECHR has stated"Mr Griffin has finally amended the constitution to bring it in line with what the Commission had originally requested"
We find it hilarious that the extreme organisation he is associated with might well have wasted money on print runs for leaflets of lies.
Mr Murray has displayed many times an unhealthy obsession with nationalists and their politics. We find it strange that he campaigns relentlessly for the extreme left yet privately associates and campaigns for himself with ex-extreme right wing activists.

We offer our support to him in these obviously confusing times.
We have proved time and time again that the council and representatives deliberately block the democratic process.
We have decided to give this time a chance for these people to show the are a that they can deal with the rise in crime, aggravated attacks, anti-social behaviour and many other social issues facing the area. We feel that their wishy washy mindset and political outlook will do nothing to prevent the problems that our area is facing.
The BNP did lose some seats last year and almost immediately certain social and criminal problems have risen dramatically.

Residents are lied to, reports of the facts are sporadic at best especially by the local rag. Rather than the elected representatives spending their time attempting to discredit the BNP at every given opportunity and for many of them using their position to recruiting for the various organisations that they represent lets see them work for us. They have no distraction this time round or excuses that they need to defend the area from the BNP, they now have to show substance.

Handing a bible to vicious foreign assailants who attack and intimidate you in your home or securing funding for liars and cheats attempting to bring foreign religions into the area, or holding a candlelit mass to hope that people will be nice will not prevent crime.
Making sure that the local paper will only publicise your sparse results whilst ignoring the real crime that we witness with our own eyes will only wash for so long. Many people now realise that things they see happening around the area are never reported.

Community support or community cohesion are words we hear often. What is its true meaning?
A couple of summers ago our local community enforcement representatives were in overdrive, all rallying around busying themselves with fabricated stories, lies and assumptions, clambering over themselves to get seen publicly defending and elevating the liar they had all decided was a good man to welcome into Loughton.

The Interfaith representative, local liar who had been rejected from his own prayer group was now wanting to cause trouble in Loughton with a series of wild and fictitious claims.
All it took was a false letter,set light to his own front door and lo and behold the liberal anti free-speech squad of the area was there ready and willing to elevate this man as some kind of martyr for their cause.
They had public meetings, told lies to journalist, got local schools involved and united their churches in a sustained public attack on who they had decided without any evidence whatsoever were the perpetrators of the fictitious events.

Some even went as far as making up further claims to attain their own victim status.
The whole "community" came together it would seem to victimise some of their own. A virtual witch hunt with no consideration for fact or substance but with a strong message of community support for the "victim".
Even a constant expensive Police presence outside the liars residence whilst he decided what he was going to lie about next.

This week has seen a terrible attack on a man, a good local man of upstanding character. A vicious pre-mediated attack that is fact, no lies. An attack that has been made by outsiders from our community. A sign of the times of the ever changing world we live in.
Where are the busy bodies? Why has there been no support from the local councillors that were so ready to defend an attack of lesser magnitude. Where is the public meeting to speak out against the perpetrators of this type of assault?
Are the local head teachers of schools attending meetings about this? are interfaith forums going into overdrive with special meetings?
Has the national media made special news reports about the terror this man endured?
No is the answer as it doesn't suite their agenda or have any political gain for the liberal elite. The man is on his own as far as they are concerned.
It shows that the "community" that these people want is not inclusive, its selective and ruthless, divisive and is designed for their own agenda.

Its just lucky for this man that he has good friends and is part of a community that really cares and looks out for its own.
Lets just hope that the Police find the scum that carry out the real attacks on our community and lock them up for good, or that next time they meet their match.

There are reports locally of a potential threat to children and young women locally. There was an incident reported in the local paper this week and also some letters sent home by local schools warning parents of the potential threat by a man of "Mediterranean or Eastern European" origin who has now attempted to approach a young lad and now a young woman on her way to work.
The man is reported to be driving a white van.
Please keep your eyes out everyone and be vigilant for your children and yourselves as well. If you see anything suspicious then report it ASAP. These people need arresting quickly before someone is harmed or worse.
Well done to the schools for keeping parents up to date quickly. There was a rumour circulating a couple of weeks ago about similar reports in Waltham Abbey. This rumour was dismissed as a hoax but now there seems to be reports of the same in Loughton.
Keep a look out everyone and please keep an eye out for the kids and youngsters of the area.
It may well be worth considering picking up your kids from school and also looking out for kids whose parents cant get to pick their kids up.

Liar is left alone

The liar that was supported by the towns liberal elite will not be extradited to serve his sentence

This comes as no surprise really and would be a waste of tax payers money in the long run. The Police are facing cuts to their budgets and there is nothing to be gained from bringing this man back to face his sentence.
Members of the community that went out of their way to defend him obviously have egg on their face after their over zealous actions have been highlighted and would like to see him punished.
The claims that the social cohesion of the town was affected buy this man actions are really a bit over the top. The fact remains that the man's claims only gained legitimacy after their pathetic attempts to use him for political gain.
They jumped on a band wagon of a story and added their views and wild insinuations and increased the tensions themselves. The tensions were not directed at the man himself. The local group that were the brunt of the wild accusations always knew and immediately declared the whole story was fabricated, and were later to be proved correct.
The community tension and any divisions created were between local busy bodies and anyone who doesn't agree with them.
The whole sad scenario highlights some valid points worth remembering and raises some questions that have never been answered.

1. The local paper is extremely biased in its reporting of facts and even fiction.

2. Local prominent members of the community have shown they do not have the ability to remain objective and neither do they have the ability to apologise when they get it wrong. Highlighting in our opinion their unsuitable nature for being responsible for community cohesion as that is meant to include everyone.

3. The biased nature of the council and its representatives as it was widely known that the criminal was bailed to an address of a property declared as his "home address" in a neighbouring borough raising the question of why he was in a flat in Loughton and was he claiming the flat under false pretences? Again no action taken and the people defending him still used the whole story for their own political gain happily ignoring the facts.

4. Again the reports and accusations have been printed of "dog threats" with no mention of the word "alleged"
The treats (if they did actually happen) were nothing to do with the group who were being persecuted by the towns bullies. The hold no relevance to this story so why do they persist?

All in all the Police were not the ones at fault here. They were being misled by a liar and a cheat and wild accusations by those on a social mission or "witch hunt"

Shame on those who fell for it, raised the hysteria, lied and used the prayer leader to raise their own public profile.

Following a recent comment on this blog by a BNP member looking to move into the area it got us thinking about really how good it is to live here? We at EFR love the area. But how does Loughton compare to Epping etc? This led us to check out a topical new website kindly offered by the Police to check out the crime statistics in a town, area or even a street.
What is noticeable instantly when you look at the figures is that Debden Wards ( with BNP representation) have a lower crime rate than the Loughton wards (without BNP representation)
LRA Loughton seems significantly more affected by crime than Debden.
Previously it has been claimed by the liberal opposition that residents of the BNP wards were responsible for crime in the area. Totally untrue as anyone with a modicum of common sense would be able to see the statement for the lie that it is!
You can see on this crime website that it is fact that Loughton has a higher crime rate than Debden. It doesn't show the trouble to be concentrated to the high road either.
The differing factors have to be noted: one side of the area has the BNP elected and one side doesn't!

Speaking before a packed meeting to mark the end of a day of action in the constituency, Mr Sutton said that Ms Dalton’s close connection to the constituency and her standing in the community made her the ideal candidate to carry the party’s banner.

Apparently there has been an attack on the EDL leader from Luton Kev Carrol last night in Luton. It seems that the initial reports that shots were fired could be unsubstantiated.

The news was rapidly spread through the community forums and lo and behold NOTHING seems to have hit the main stream news so far.

There are constant reports about civil unrest in many other countries around the globe at the moment yet the fact that there is a definite feeling of restlessness brewing amongst communities throughout Britain is being ignored.

We urge people to reflect on the fact that this kind of violence will not bring peace or get you representation in the places where it matters, where decisions are made.

The constant slurs, lies attacks and misrepresentation of people that are trying to do the right thing and effect change or gain representation through proper channels is being constantly oppressed. This is obviously now leading people to be attracted to alternative methods of registering their protest.

The blame for any further escalation of these matters lies solely with those that have perverted and prevented the course of democratic representation and forced people into a corner.

The British National Party will continue to seek to gain proper representation in these areas and attempt to bring issues and problems that are a real concern to many people into democratic chambers.

Please remember that we are instructing any BNP member to not get involved with future events in these troubled areas except for attempting to represent in a proper fashion legitimate concerns of local people.

Time to review priorities

There are many differing opinions about how Epping Forest should be managed and many councillors come under criticism sometimes fairly and sometimes unfairly. Epping Forest is heading for a downturn in funding and services because of the government austerity cuts. Some believe these cuts are necessary and do not go deep enough and others believe that we should continue down the road of spending our way out of a crisis.
It seems that the massive funding success claimed by the self confessed BNP supporter in the Debden shopkeepers association who then decided to turncoat and bow down to do as he was told by the liberal RA have been slashed down to a quarter of what they were promised.
The amount of funding now secured could have been raised by public support and campaigns. The hand that feeds has slapped them in the face! No surprise there really!
The rumours now circulating in the area are that Loughton Fire station is due to close. These are unsubstantiated but doing the rounds none the less.
If this is let to happen it will be a disgrace. The brave fire crew and any emergency service should be a main priority in any town. Its interesting that each year these people are overlooked time after time with civic recognition yet people that have lied and cheated get rewards.
The unions that have beaten these guys into political submission are going to let them down we fear. Emergency services are looking at working longer hours, relocation, shift changes, job losses basically treated like a state burden rather than the unsung heroes they are.
The next rumour is that the police station is going to close. This beggars belief and we are sure that if it does that relocating to multiple smaller premises will be spun to us that we will get a better service, you all know the drill by now with the spin applied to these decisions.
The LRA/CON alliance at council is failing.
But do not fear as they will find some money in the budget to finance a nursery that is specifically for immigrant children in the area. Last week a nursery in Cambridgeshire excluded two British children for being British. This was part funded by the local council.
Is Epping forest following suite?
We would put emergency services first and not throw the money down the drain. Is that why all the drain covers have been stolen ?
So the council can throw it down the drain quicker?

Mark Kennedy says he knew of 15 other operatives doing the same work as him during the eight years undercover

The police’s undercover operations unit is actively involved in supporting extremist far leftist and communist UAF public violence against the British National Party, sensational new photographs have revealed.
The photographs, which show now-exposed undercover National Public Order Intelligence Unit police constable Mark Kennedy taking part in a UAF protest against the British National Party in Derbyshire during 2009, have been released by party spokesman Simon Darby.

In the photographs, taken by a British National Party activist at a UAF demonstration outside a licensing application for the 2009 Red, White and Blue event, Pc Kennedy is clearly visible.

Wearing dark clothes and carrying a green rucksack, Pc Kennedy, who was known by the nickname ‘flash’ amongst his far leftist colleagues because he often funded activists’ transportation to demonstrations and their accommodation, can be seen in the crowd of UAF protestors.

The UAF is headed up by Wayman Bennett, an executive member of the extremist communist ‘Socialist Workers’ Party.’

According to earlier revelations about Pc Kennedy, he often took the lead in organising events and a recent court case against environmentalist activists collapsed when it was revealed that the policeman was behind the attempt to occupy a power station.

It is however Pc Kennedy’s involvement in the UAF and its activities against the British National Party which have now taken centre stage following the publication of the new pictures.

Why the British National Party will not return the whip to GLA member Richard Barnbrook.

Six months after betraying the trust of British National Party members and voters by resigning the party whip, Richard Barnbrook has written to our South East Regional Organiser Andy McBride, setting out his conditions for returning ‘his’ seat to the people and party who won it for him.

Mr Barnbrook’s demands have been considered by the party leadership, and discussed in detail by newly appointed London Regional Organiser Steve Squire and the capital’s five Sub-Regional Organisers. They in turn put the question to a meeting of a full meeting of fifty BNP officers in the region, not one of whom favoured Mr. Barnbrook’s proposals. After taking their feelings and advice into careful consideration, party leader Nick Griffin has replied to Mr Barnbrook.

Both letters are published below. Explaining the decision to publish what a few people may think would be better kept “behind closed doors”, Mr Griffin told us that: “I believe that our members, supporters and especially voters have the right to know what has happened to their GLA seat. It is far better that they read the full truth here, rather than getting garbled black propaganda versions in the anti-British media in all its guises.

“This is the end of a sad state of affairs for which our party cannot be blamed. The good news is that there is a clear consensus in the party as to how we should respond, and aspirit of unity as to where we go from here. We will now put it behind us and move on, taking heart from the fact that the firm stand that we are taking on a matter of principle will benefit the British National Party for many years to come.

“Let everyone take note: No individual, however powerful their position, will ever be allowed to hold the British National Party to ransom.”

Dear Andrew,

Sorry I have not been able to return your call, but the last week has been quite hectic, both at the GLA and outside work.

You may be aware that I had a casual conversation with Andrew Moffat at the beginning of the year. I have also e-mailed Nick in a final attempt to try to arrange a face to face meeting and giving him my phone number. Nothing has been forthcoming with regard to this. However, what I did ascertain from Andrew Moffat when he offered to mediate between myself and Nick, (his own words not mine, as I did not ask him to mediate), was that Nick wanted the GLA seat back immediately,

My initial thoughts were that he wanted me to come back in and return the whip to the Party and continue as its representative on the GLA. However, on refection, what seemed to be implied was that I should vacate the seat so that it can be handed to the next member on the list (Bob Bailey) in order to give Bob an insight into workings of the GLA as a lead-in prior to the 2012 elections, while I take up a part time post (-that is all that is currently available on the GLA member’s staff). In any event, I would point out that it is not within a member’s power to hire and fire staff, as I found following Tess Culnane’s formal complaint against me to GLA Standards Board; the GLA members do not have the power to hire and fire staff, who are in fact civil servants, employed by the GLA to assist.

In order to clarify the situation , I now lay out the terms and conditions by which I am willing to return the whip to the BNP, The first is non-negotiable. (This would apply to any party that I could in the very near future resume the whip for):

1) That I am appointed as BNP Number One candidate on the London-wide top-up list for the GLA seat, (this is to be specified in a formal and legally binding contract (with a clause undertaking that a breach of contract would entitle me to damages), signed by the Chairman in the presence of a solicitor.

2) To benefit the Party, I would prove my credentials by meeting all London-wide Branch and Group Organisers and Members to explain my recent actions, along with emphasizing my decade of loyalty and achievements in the BNP. I would also endeavour to raise £100 000 for the London campaign.

3) I would lead the campaign to win, as I did before, with the intention of putting out 1 million leaflets across London .

Let me say now, that I would very much like to continue my political career within the BNP, and I would hope to let bygones be bygones. However, you must understand that given my achievements and profile, I cannot accept your proposals as they stand.

I would like to hear from you within the next 10 days, regarding to the first condition. If you cannot accommodate my aspirations with regard to this, I regret that I will have no alternative than to pursue other options outside the Party,

Mr Griffin’s reply is as follows:

Dear Richard

Thank you for your email, which makes your position and motivation crystal clear. It is a truly shocking document, of which most people would be ashamed.

The facts of this matter are clear: You were chosen as the lead candidate on the British National Party’s GLA list on the basis of a number of pledges and of our expectations of you as the man entrusted to represent our members and our voters. You have wantonly broken every one of those pledges and cruelly dashed all those expectations. The voters of London did not elect you, they elected the British National Party.

Your decision back in September to resign the party whip and to turn your back on all those who sacrificed so much time, effort and money to win the British National Party ‘your’ seat was only the culmination of your systematic betrayal of trust. Since then, you have sat as an Independent, neither helping the party nor giving the promised tithe of your salary to the Cause, and rejecting every offer to bring you back into our British National Party family.

To add insult to those injuries, you now threaten treacherously to join another political party unless we submit to what amounts to blackmail, and guarantee you the opportunity to enjoy a further five well-salaried years failing either to represent the members of the British National Party in London or to serve the people of your constituency.

The final straw was your action yesterday, when you informed a loyal and hard-working member of your British National Party staff of your intention to sack her and replace her with a researcher supplied by the badly misnamed English Democrats.

I have no idea whether you really intend to join the EDP, with its boasts of Muslim candidates and totally undemocratic structure. I would have thought that the fact that they were only able to gain one tenth of our vote in Oldham last week, failing even to beat the Monster Raving Looney Party, would have made even you recognise that there is no possibility of their serving as a vehicle for your ambitions and needs.

In truth, however, that is irrelevant. What matters is that you think that it is acceptable to use the threat to join them to try to blackmail the British National Party into giving you what you want.

It is not acceptable. Your letter confirms your utter selfishness and total unsuitability as a candidate on the British National Party GLA list next year. Over the last few months we have made enormous strides in London . We are building a dynamic team and developing campaigning techniques that, taken together with the likely collapse in the Tory and LibDem votes, give us a very good chance indeed of winning at least one seat.

That imposes on us a solemn responsibility to the people of London to ensure that the candidates on next year’s list are genuinely capable of doing a good job for them, and of staying loyal to the party which gets them elected.

Neither I nor any of the key officers in London have any confidence that you have such capabilities, because your actions and failings of the last couple of years have proven all too clearly that you have not.

I take no pleasure in setting out these blunt truths, still less in publicising them – as I must in order to protect the party from false rumours and to ensure that it is understood once and for all that no individual, however powerful their position, will ever be allowed to hold the British National Party to ransom.

Richard, I once regarded you as a good friend, but I do not have the right to put sentiment before duty. As the elected leader of this party, it falls to me to make the final, painful decision and act in the best interests of the Cause for which both we and many others have sacrificed so much. I must therefore reject your ultimatum and inform you that, far from having you back on terms dictated by you, the British National Party will not have you back at all.

The only thing that could make me reconsider would be if, rather than going off to another party, you went to seek the medical and support help for your alcohol problem which I have repeatedly counseled and even arranged for you, went through with it and came back to us with medical proof that you had actually accepted, confronted and conquered the disease which has stolen your dignity and decency.

Your promises and pleadings are worthless, for we have heard them all before, including when you were selected to lead our list in the first place subject to your firm undertaking to stay off alcohol and our mistaken belief that you had overcome the problem. Only real action by you to secure a sustained change can now save you from self-destruction and lead me and the British National Party to reconsider the position.

I, and so many others like me in the party, once regarded you with great affection and respect. That there is no longer any place for you among our ranks is a matter of deep regret, but it is your doing, and yours alone.

Despite your political treachery, as a human being I wish you well, and sincerely hope that you will overcome your demons and somehow emerge on the other side of your self-obsessed darkness as the Richard Barnbrook we once all knew and so admired. Without your finding that saving grace, however, there is nothing more to say and nothing we can do with, or for, you.

There are reports in various tabloids today (click here for one of them) of toddlers being banned from a nursery for being BRITISH!
If you banned someone from a nursery because they were not from Britain there would be many different organisations, help groups, politicians even the EHRC quite probably would be clambering over themselves to jump on the band wagon to defend this case. No win no fee lawyer's waiting to take the case on I would assume.
How on earth can people not see this as positive discrimination ? In fact positive discrimination is a word that is useless really. There is nothing positive about discrimination against being British.
If you listen to the PC propaganda regurgitated non stop from just about every angle they will tell you anyone can be British, get a passport and you are home and dry. So how was this child recognised as being British? Quite probably by the colour of their skin or the language that the parent spoke.
All things that we Brits are told we are not allowed to take into account when making any decision regarding a person or their origin. But its OK to have it the other way round? Its certainly not positive discrimination its rather negative.
The BNP were told to review and change their membership criteria because apparently it excluded non British people. I hope this nursery gets the same level of treatment for excluding British. Equal rights apply to us Brits as well (or do they?)

THIS IS A DISGRACE.

Pictured above is a clear cut assault on a British National Party member. MEP Nick Griffin was invited to attend a showing of the "Battle for Barking" film attended by the media and candidates for interviews on the film content.

The Labour MP Margaret Hodge openly admitted during the program that they had indeed motivated and used the extreme left wing and violent UAF to aid her campaign in Barking.

It might be cynical to assume that someone had invited these violent activists who preach tolerance but practice violence openly on the streets. It would be reasonable to assume that this event was planned and the attack calculated as it was not widely advertised.

A small group from the British National Party were swamped by a violent group intent on causing bodily harm. As you can see from the pictures above there was a clear intention to cause injury.

The Party chairman was prevented from going about his lawful business and attending an event that he had been invited to.

What did the Police do? NOTHING!

I will repeat that again.... NOTHING!

We suspect that a few old faces that have been at these calculated attacks before were in attendance last night.

In the video footage there is someone standing in a balaclava in central London openly protesting on the streets with a violent extremist organisation and yet the police do NOTHING!

We have been told recently that we are at top level alert for National security from a terrorist threat. You can not walk about wearing a hood up from a sweat shirt. You cant wear a crash helmet when entering any shop if you ride a motorbike. But you can wear religious face coverings and you can wear balaclavas when you are part of a violent protest group it would seem. Sorry only a left wing protest group that is.

Look at the events in the US this week and who is responsible?

The BNP has been repeatedly criticised for having to many men surrounding Nick on these events. These men have been portrayed as "thugs" but quite clearly reducing that number and expecting British Law to be upheld is naive.

A legally elected member of the European Parliament is attacked and threatened sprayed with an unidentified chemical, has his shirt ripped his associates attacked and wrestled to the ground on our streets with the media watching and filming like a pack of hyenas and NOTHING is done.

The EHRC has stated that the BNP is fully compliant with its recommendations on the BNP constitution stating that "Mr Griffin has finally amended the constitution to bring it in line with what the Commission had originally requested."

The claims by these groups that terrorise members of a legitimate political party are obviously wrong, misleading, inflammatory and oppressive. Will the EHRC start looking at the actions and foundations of these "terror" groups that seek to oppress legitimate political beliefs and use violence on our streets?

Members of the British National Party have the right to be free from physical oppression based on their beliefs.

Woolas Judgement Opens Legal Door to Squash Lies About BNP (And BNP Will Contest By-Election if Called)

The High Court ruling today that Labour MP Phil Woolas “deliberately” spread lies about his opponents during the May 2010 election has opened the legal door to finally prevent the Labour Party, the Tories, the Lib Dems and their far-left Communist Party allies from deliberately spreading lies about the British National Party.

August 2008: The Communist crank Gable from Searchlight/Hope not Hate is a guest speaker at a Communist Party function. All the lies issued by these extremists have now been declared illegal by the High Court.In addition, the BNP has announced that it will definitely contest a by-election in Saddleworth if one is called. Mr Woolas has seven days in which to lodge an appeal, failing which a by-election will be held.

The significance of the court ruling is that for the first time ever, judicial notice has been taken of the fact that it is a breach of the Representation of the People Act, section 106, to deliberately misrepresent and lie about a political opponent in an election.

The court ruled that Mr Woolas had “published leaflets and newsletters making false statements about [his opponent] Mr Watkins while knowing them to be untrue.”

Mr Woolas had, the judges ruled, used “illegal practices” during the election.

Furthermore, they concluded that statements made by Mr Woolas which were lies, were known by him to be misrepresentations.

“Having considered the evidence which was adduced in Court we are sure these statements are untrue. We are sure that the Respondent did not believe them to be true,” the judges ruled.

The BNP has been the subject of years of the most outrageous lies and smears from the Labour, Tory and Lib Dem parties, all drawing up on the Searchlight/Hope not Hate lie factory under the directorship of its longtime hardcore Communist Party activist Gerry Gable.

Some of the more recent deliberate lies spewed out by the Communist crank Gable include allegations that the BNP opposes the Gurkhas, that the BNP would throw David Beckham or nonwhites off the England football team, amongst many, many others.

These lies are then printed and distributed by the Tories, Labour and Lib Dems, and repeated in the controlled media.

All these lies are about to come to a screeching halt. Today’s court ruling has in effect made these lies a criminal offence, and the BNP will now certainly use this precedent to close down all the lies and distortions about the party once and for all.

LOUGHTON: Supermarket opening on religious holidays would be "sad"

PLANS to open a supermarket on two of the most important days in the Christian calendar have been met with disappointment by a church leader.

Morrisons in Loughton High Road has applied to have restrictions on the sale of alcohol on Christmas Day and Good Friday lifted, along with other changes to its license including the hours that its liquor license extends to on other days in the year.

Father John Harvey of St Edmund's Roman Catholic Church in Traps Hill, said it would be a “sad reflection on our society” if the shop opened on Christmas Day.

“They're two of the most sacred days of the year,” he added. “Christmas is the single most significant moment in the history of humanity, when God became one of us and billions of people all over the world will be celebrating on that day.

Chicken McHalal: McDonald's denied using halal meat... now it admits meat IS in one of its most popular meals

Fast-food giant McDonald's has admitted selling halal chicken without telling its customers. The poultry was used in popular menu items such as Chicken McNuggets and the McChicken Sandwich in its 1,200 British outlets.

The admission comes three weeks after the company categorically denied to this newspaper that it used any halal meat. Now McDonald's has revealed that the firm that supplies its poultry, Cargill, produces halal chicken at one of its abattoirs.

In a statement to The Mail on Sunday, McDonald's said: 'As a result of your enquiries, our investigation has confirmed that some halal chicken has entered our supply chain without our knowledge, and we apologise to our customers for this.

Councillors vote ignored, surprised?

As we have previously stated before again it seems that Epping forest district council has ignored the wishes of councillors and residents and gone ahead and done the exact opposite of what was declared.
District Councillor Pat Richardson (Pictured here) alongside the residents of Torrington Drive were shocked when the council ordered the removal of door mats following a fire in Southwark.
The local busy body LRA and independent Cllr Murray jumped immediately on to the band wagon and declared a victory by themselves for the residents (again in link above) enhancing their potential vote prior to the elections.
A short while later they also jumped on the band wagon of the local snooker hall issue that is now plain and clear to the residents that they were let down.

Either way you local council is primarily cons and now opposed by the LRA it is quite clear that they do not work for the local community as they declare they do.
Residents have now been told to remove the door mats immediately and if they dont people will come to their door and make them remove it in front of them!
Another good decision by Epping Forest District council? In these times of austerity they have their priorities a little out of place, obviously the LRA and Cllr Murray were wrong and should apologise for misleading the residents.
The council obviously preoccupied with gay right festivals in Chelmsford and door mat policing could really do with a reality check!
The LRA should be doing what they are now elected for, opposing the council and representing the residents wishes not ramming through their personal views and ideas for Loughton and Debden.

French court approves veil ban

France's highest court has approved a law banning full-facial veils in public - with the exception of mosques - eliminating the last hurdle for the ban.

Those behind the law argue that it will protect women's rights. Its critics, however, say that it stigmatises Muslim women and it is a breach of religious freedom.

The court found the law to be constitutional, bar in the case of places of worship.

"The ban on covering the face in public places cannot constrain the practice of religious freedom in places of worship that are open to the public," the court said in its judgment, a nominal nod to religious freedoms.

The decision in favour of the law by the constitutional council came as a surprise to many. The court had warned that the ban – which includes the niqab and the burqa, but not the hijab – might be unconstitutional.

The path is now clear for the law to be implemented in early 2011, after a six month period of "mediation" and "education".

Alas no, just a visit to good old sunny Clacton during the summer!
Well judging by the pictures you wouldn’t believe it.
Homeowners now in Clacton have been subjected to an increasing visitation from our minority (soon to be majority) peoples. Especially picturesque some days, are the Muslim tourists to that part, sitting around with fish and chips and cans of Fosters, wife sheeted up and in tow!

SQUATTERS who have moved into an empty police station say they are simply providing shelter for the homeless.

The group of about 20 men and women have moved into the building in Leytonstone High Road, which has not been used since it closed three years ago.

Waltham Forest Police have confirmed it has started a legal bid to evict the squatters, but a spokesman admitted it is not known how long the process will take.

One of the squatters, who refused to give his name and let the Guardian into the building, said: “We're providing a home for people that are homeless."

Dutch 'hate speech' case to resume

An Amsterdam court has ordered the trial of Geert Wilders, a right-wing politician accused of inciting racial hatred, to resume after the MP argued that the judges were biased.

The district court rejected Wilders' argument on Tuesday, saying there was little evidence to show judges were not impartial.

The one-day delay to the trial occured after the MP's lawyer took exception to what he perceived as criticism from one of the judges over Wilder's decision not to answer any questions.

Bram Moszkowicz said the remark showed that Jan Moors, the presiding judge, was biased against his client and moved to have him substituted.
His trial will resume on Wednesday

The advent of the Miss African beauty pageant brought together warring factions of Africans in yet another example of how Multiculturalism does not work in the real world.

This incident raises the question of Australia’s sub-standard immigration policies and their connection to higher crime rates in this country.

Dont forget that last year reports were produced recommender that your family pet was increasing global temperatures by increasing your carbon footprint. The amount of CO2 produced by your dog could make a difference to the world weather patterns. I can just imagine how your 1010 video production team might advocate the reduction of your family CO2 footprint with regards to your pet, look how they would deal with your children!
I feel that the average Guardian reader should really evaluate the ideology and new religion that they associate with. I believe that the corporate companies and politicians should ask for a refund for this production and I for one will now boycott buying products from those companies that back this kind of brainwashing production. Mr Wilders is being prosecuted for describing the Koran as "fascist" and for comparing it to Adolf Hitler's book Mein Kampf, a text that is banned in the Netherlands. Speaking at his trial yesterday, Mr Wilders said: "I am sitting here as a suspect because I have spoken nothing but the truth. I have said what I have said and I will not take one word back."

Throwing down an open challenge to the court, Mr Wilders, 47, attacked the three judges sitting in the Amsterdam court for prosecuting him for "stating my opinion in the context of public debate".

"I can assure you, I will continue proclaiming it," he said.

Taliban Claims Attack On Nato Oil Tankers

The Taliban has claimed its militants set fire to a convoy of oil tankers that were en route to Nato troops in Afghanistan - the third such attack in as many days.
Three people were killed and at least 20 vehicles were destroyed when terrorists ambushed the convoy near Islamabad in Pakistan.

A YOUNG was taken to hospital with a suspected broken nose after being repeatedly punched and kicked by a robber who stole her car.

The 25-year-old had just got into the driver's seat of her silver BMW 116 in Rous Road, Buckhurst Hill, after visiting a friend yesterday (Tuesday) when she noticed a man walking quickly towards her.

He punched her in the head and face about 10 times until she fell to the ground and kicked her as she lay on the floor.

He demanded her car keys and climbed into the driver's seat, while another man got in the passenger's side of the car before it sped off along Lounghton Way, heading towards Valley Hill.

Doctors believe the woman's nose was broken in the ordeal and she was also treated for other facial injuries at Whipps Cross Hospital.

Detective constable Tom Dinsdale at Waltham Abbey CID said: “This was an appalling attack on a young woman. There was absolutely no need for this level of violence to be used.

“We think it was an opportunistic crime and want to hear from anyone who saw the men loitering in the area. We also want to hear from anyone who saw the incident saw the car being driven away at speed.”

The man who attacked the woman is described as black, about 6ft tall, slim and in his 20s, wearing a dark hoodie with a cream or beige rim around the top of the hood, dark trousers and trainers.

The other man is also described as black, of large build and wearing a beige hoodie and dark trousers.

Witnesses should call DC Dinsdale on 0300 333 4444.

Few Austrians see need for more support of ethnic minorities

Fewer than one in five Austrians think of ethnic minorities as a group in need of protection.

Magazine profil reports today (Mon) only 18 per cent of Austrians thought ethnic minorities deserved more protection. The poll – conducted by Viennese research agency Karmasin – also showed that two in 10 Austrians said the same about migrants and asylum seekers.

Only 13 per cent told analysts religious minorities should get more protection in Austria, while eight per cent said the same about homosexuals.

Poor (62 per cent) and disabled people (69 per cent) have more support, the research shows. Karmasin also found that a vast majority of 74 per cent considered sick people in need of protection, with children topping the study with 83 per cent.

A Roman Catholic primary school could become the first in the country to be run by a mosque after a dramatic rise in the number of Muslim pupils, it emerged today

Church bosses want to close Sacred Heart RC Primary School, in Blackburn, Lancashire, because the number of Catholic students has plummeted from 91 per cent to just three per cent in a decade.

In what would be the first case of its kind in Britain, the primary would be handed over to another organisation to run - most likely the local Tauheedul mosque - and re-opened with a new name.

All the slaughtermen in these establishments must be Muslim and say a prayer when making the cut across the animal’s throat which kills it.

DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a fight in Epping.

The incident has left three men from east London with a mix of superficial and serious injuries, police have said.

It happened at about 2.40am this morning in Cottis Lane and High Street and police have called it a "large disturbance".

The area was cordoned off as police investigated earlier and the men are being treated in hospital.

According to this weeks Epping Forest Guardian the College are aiming to sell off more land. Debden sports hall, yes that's right the hall which members of the LRA pretended to support is going up for sale if you read the article in the paper.We were unable to find the on-line article to link it back to!
Does that mean that the circulation of the local paper is dropping so far that they have realised that if they dont put it all on line then people might buy the paper?
Anyway the shameless bias and practices of local jurnolists is another topic we can get on to again another time.
The article states that the college is in need of raising funds (we have told you before that we have been informed that some feel its on the brink of going under, but that's just a rumour and we have no factual evidence)
The article also states that it is being considered that the E15 might well acquire the land for expansion. More on the E15 to come shortly!
In a study by the district council in 2008 article 12 highlights the fact that district council are aware that the majority of the residents of Debden do not want further expansion of housing developments. This was in 2008 and we have seen large developments completed in the area since then. It quite clearly states that they are aware that people do not feel the services are capable of handling the extra pressure on them. Yet still they go ahead.
Mind you it also states that the council is aware that the people feel that youth services are lacking but you mustn't mention the youth facilities being used for other purposes!
The article also mentions the success of the new college (panes of glass falling out of balconies, faulty electrics are just some of the reports that must be regarded as a success?)
We wonder what the failures are?
We leafleted the Debden wards last year about the impending cuts in the H1 bus service. We had councillors researching the issues but we were criticised and contradicted by other council members. lo and behold your bus service is going. Your chance to protest and consult was taken on by the self appointed LRA and they have lost.
The people of Debden will not be able top get a direct bus to Epping. The Town which our local health service has its main out patient centre, St Margaret's. You will now have to go through Debden station and get a taxi or walk from Epping station if you dont drive.

So now the college wants to sell the land off.

Epping Forest district council is aware that according to their own survey the residents do not want housing expansion, also take into account the impending changes in the law regarding housing directives and more of the powers of decisions being given back to the councils. This could mean that there is no excuse to enforce the expansion on us, the decisions are with those that you elected to represent your feelings.

Rather than increase permanent housing in the area if the E15 is expanding then the logical and sensible solution would be to provide a halls of residence for the students. The land is far enough away from any other housing and would mean that the students can make as much noise as they like without disturbing residents.
As the E15 and college are expanding then accommodation for that expansion could be kept "on campus".

The British Army Must Only be Used in Just Wars

The British Army must only ever be used to fight just wars in which the sovereignty of British territory is threatened, British National Party leader Nick Griffin told the party’s official Eastern region “Bring our boys home” campaign launch this week.

Speaking on Thursday evening to the second well-attended campaign launch meeting in as many days, Mr Griffin said that the BNP had “been opposed to illegal wars from the party’s founding.

“The last century saw many wars taking place where our Army, Air force and Royal Navy defeated enemies because our own sovereignty and way of life was at risk,” Mr Griffin told the crowd in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

“The Falklands was the last war that was right and just to fight,” he continued.

“Our sovereign lands were invaded and our troops recovered what was rightfully British at great risk.

“But how can we justify the war against Iraq? A war based on lies, a war where hundreds of thousands of Iraqi men women and children died for the sake of Blair and Bush’s form of democracy?” Mr Griffin said.

“A democracy that has left that country without an infrastructure and one that has left its peoples with a burning hatred of everything British?

“Many of our troops never made the trip home to see their loved ones. Families have been devastated through the loss of our sons and daughters and future generations who are now never even to be born.

“Our people, our future generations of children, vanished forever, all based upon a lie,” he said.

The meeting was also addressed by party fund raiser Jim Dowson, who spoke on how the party was successfully dealing with post election fund-raising issues and dispelled some of the myths surrounding his work for our party.

Sub-Regional organiser Danny Seabrook and Regional Organiser Paul Morris were also in attendance and declared themselves extremely happy with the evening’s event.

Activists, armed with campaign packs, Voice of Freedomnewspapers and leaflets, then left the meeting fired up and ready for the next few week’s campaigning.
